Plot
The film revolves around the relationship of two lovers. Meghna and Amit, both of them are college students. Amit has just been assigned to a new posting. As he gets to know about Meghna's family, he falls for her. He starts showing interest in Meghna. Meghna's younger sister Priya wants to settle for a boy from an arranged marriage and has a strained relationship with her sister. Meghna wants to end the marriage. Priya's friend and roommate Indira tries to help Priya with her problems. She uses a common trick to end the marriage and thereby meet a boy from a different social background.
